Haven't been over to my favorite wrecker for a while...weather was pretty nice today so decided to head over. Was quite surprised to see this car there....owners manual was in the car and showed being an 80

I was very intrigued by the wheels...of course

and the interior...

I believe this car to be an 80 442. Here's a pic of what's left of the pin stripe over the roof...

I brought a few pieces home ....but didn't have the means for the wheels...sadly there were only 3 of them. If anyone sees something they want off it which can be shipped reasonably I could go back tomorrow. I have the console, steering wheel. chrome seat hinge covers...3 pretty decent one has some issues, and the bucket seat inner belts.

Definately an 80 442, pretty sad...

I can use the carberurator , crank, WP pulleys and PS pump if you feel like pulling them off.
Need that stuff for a winter project.
PM me a price shipped to the states.

Nice parts!
Kevin, do you have the complete wheel with horn button?

Any extra chassis bracing that could be taken off the car?

Honestly didn't really look under the car...looking down through the hood I noticed it had the big front sway bar though.

It does have a few nice parts on it yet Jack. Yes the wheel is complete...I found the horn button in the back seat.

I would go INSANE with that thing. I'd grab everything I could, steering wheel, door panels, guages, header/grilles, console, shifter, wheels and any motor parts I could get my hands on. A sad but truly great find

Grab the whole thing and ship it down here. Doesn't look too rusty, just looks like someone rattle canned it flat black/primer. Unless the frame is bad? After all, aren't those...how do you say...rare/collectible (somewhat)? What was somebody thinking just throwing a car like that away? They aren't worth a whole lot, but they are worth something.
