Rear Bench Removal

Has anyone removed the rear bench? I can see behind it has these metal bars that sit into these large hook like things. It appears the just pull up and off but it will not budge. I had the same problem with my honda civic. Does anyone know how to properly remove the rear bench without warping it or damaging body parts?

Nevermind I figured it out the bottom part just came out with ease. But the top part is held down by the same bolts that hold the two outer passenger seatbelts. And it looks like some one tried to tamper with them cause the bolts look all ripped up. :x Looks like I'll need some new bolts providing I can remove them without hate and despair. 😛
