I was wondering if anybody could tell me what spring rate to run in the rear on coil-overs and what brand seem to work the best. i have a 83 Elco with a 496. The motor did 690hp on the dyno. I need to put that to the ground. Im running a ford 9" with the stock 4 link. I also would like to know what u guys are running for spring rates up front. I wanna run Moroso trick springs but not sure what rate. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
