they are right...with the 3.73 you'll hit the rev limiter probably half way up the straight

haha. well first night out i got wrecked it so i didnt start off too well but its coming back together. also discovered my valve stem seals were leaking so after that got sorted out it runs alot better. its just for now im running a freaking 2.41 and im getting left at the line

you can try to run it in 1st with the 2.41 and run with the tallest tires you can find...I take it your running an Enduro or street stock class and I have seen (actually heard) guys shift from 1-2 on the straight in that division... Do you have a link to the rules for your division?

."Only 205-235, 70 or 75 DOT street tires. 14" or 15""

the rules don't say anything about running 4 of the same wheels so does you track have flat corners or banked?

if they are flat run a 225-75-15" on the right side and run a 205-70-14" on the left rear left and a 215-75-14" on the left front. that will give you a 3" stagger in the rear and 1 3/4 stagger in the front....

if they are banked around 10-15* 225-75-15 on the right side and 215-70-14 on the right rear and 225-75-14 on the left front...that will give you a 2 1/2" stagger on the rear and 1" stagger on the front..you car will rotate around the corner easier a

They say you can't treat the tires but if you get them shaved down to 50% of the tread you'll improve the traction

they just say you have to run the stock springs but our cars did come with different spring rates....get a higher spring rate for the right side and if you have a rear sway bar remove it....

Not too sure about running stagger in the front. 2 to 3" in the rear sounds good, but front stagger will sorta take away from the rear on asphalt. A fatter R/front with no more than a 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch stagger would work better, in my opinion. But, I'm an old "dirt track" racer, and I ran pretty much rear tire stagger only. ............mickey-d

we use front stagger and adjust it according to the car being too tight or too loose...and it helps to plant the power the rear tires mores evenly coming out of a turn so we don't burn the right rear...if we could use a rear posi then it would be a different set up.....
