the rear bar should never have the same or greater spring rate than the front...it upsets the traction coming out of the corner. It takes alot of tweaking to get the car to work rotating corners with a rear sway bar.
If I remember correctly, having a stiffer bar in the rear than in the front will cause understeer, and vice versa.
With a bar that hefty looking in the rear, I would look into getting a front sway bar upgrade if you don't already have one.

I was running s-10 springs and 36mm gta sway bar, so giving the car this sway bar definately put each end on the same level

your right and the spring rate on the 4 corners also come into play. It takes alot to set the suspension up and there is no real advantage to running a rear bar, in fact it could be a disadvantage. Except of course on a drag strip. On circle track cars and even when they are used on a road course there is no rear bar. I took my rear bar out cause it wouldn't fit with the A body rear and the car seems to corner better. I can't prove it on the track with lap times cause I also put a ZZ4 roller cam in it which make the car quicker.

setting up suspension is an art on these cars and interesting what some try and they make it work. The big problem with these metrics is the roll center and that can't be cured due to the design of the car. We raced metrics for years in different divisions.
