I personally wouldn't trust springs that had those spacers in them. They tend to weaken springs
 
if the ride height in your car is good without those spacers I wouldn't change the rear springs.
 
Do your lower control arms have the holes for a sway bar? If you do use a sway bar you will need the spacers that go in between the control arms that keep them from crushing

If the spacer was only in the left side, it was preloading the left side. Under acceleration, even more weight would come of the right side and the axle will try to turn the back of the car. Get rid of these spacers, you shouldn't need them.

I will try without the spacers to see the height given by the springs.
For the moment, I have measured the space between the top of the tire and the body, with spacers on springs on both sides, and I have 0.5 inch more on the right side...

Here is a less expensive alternative on the rear sway bar. This version bolts to the rear lower control arms.

A new set of Monte SS rear springs (Moog 6321 - $49.79 on RockAuto) would be a nice upgrade for your car.

I don't need any bracket or connecting device between the bar and the lower control arm with this part ? I can bolt it directly ?

Yes I have 2 holes on each lower control arm.


But now with the spacers on both sides I have almost no swaying left. When I drive on a pothole the car stays straight. Only if I drive maybe 5-10 mph I have still a little bit of swaying left-right.
