removing diff center shaft (differential )

have you spun the differential and tried to tap it out?....When it starts to move so not push it more than an inch or you won't be able to turn the differential to pull it out. I always push out the side with the hole so you have get a small screw driver in it to help you pull the shaft out.

the shaft didn't come out and project has been canceled

If you can move the shaft a bit then you just have to hit it harder with a drift punch, preferably brass. It will come out, don't give up

punch n big hammer + two hands + 30 minutes

no movement more than 0.5 inch :shock: i could not move my hands after that 30 minutes really , i could get same 0.5 after first hit by hammer

At least now i hope diff work as before(no noise) cause i could not test it tonight

7.5" 2.41 got these info via ruler and counting gears 😀
