I'm building a 78 Cutlass Supreme for drag racing. It has two jounce bars that run from the engine crossmember to the frame rails near the front sway bar. Should I leave them on or remove them ?

I would leave them since they are hollow thinwall tubing there is not a big weight loss and they do help stiffen up the front end.
