Rims and chrome trim pieces

I have a 1981 Cutlass Calais and I'm wanting to put 22s on it or 24s what kind of lift would I need? Also where can I find the chrome trim on the bottom for my car?

Check out my build thead, the pics with the 22s on it. I have the rear springs and spacers that were on it if you wanted to work sumthn out possibly. I ran into the guy that sold it to the guy before i got it and he said he was runnin 24s with that setup. I have no use for the stuff, it aint really my style.
