S10 pickup from Finland

Removed some rust from the bed, then made a new bracket for the bed to body mount, then lifted the bed to place, welded the bracket from few spots, then removed the bed and welded the bracket to place. Made a few patches also, still long way to go, as you can see on the photos:

I know the body is little lower than the bed in the second photo, that will be fixed, I will assemble new energysuspension body mounts, and shim it if needed.
 
No wonder the body was lower compared to bed. What a surprise.

Now the holes are little smaller so the bushings wont fall through 😀

Found a posi carrier for the 7.5"! Now I need to get myself a ring spacer, its for 2 carrier and the truck gear ratio is 3.73 so I need it.

Did the exterior wiring! Rear wirings were in pretty good shape, replaced a little, but the the front end is basically all new.

Hitted a speed bump on the project if you will. Changed the rad support earlier cause the old one was rusted. Well there is difference in the headlamp area! Made brackets for the passenger side, and then theres driver side that I havent done yet:
