gonna try new bypass valve and new filter, just ordered new GM bypass valve

Head to the JY and grab a used filter
Adapter.

2nd time - what’s the oil pressure?

oil pressure was 60 when i primed the engine didn't check when engine started because oil was gushing out

Did the oil filter spin on freely (easily)?

Leaking out of the seal usually has nothing to do with the oil pressure.

Yeah it screwed on freely but didn't seem like it tighten up good and i think i had a similar problem like 20 years ago but forgot the fix.

I’d start with another oil filter adapter.
