SBC valve Springs installation

I got them all installed thanks and the only reason I've changed them out because I was going with a hydraulic roller cam instead of a flat tappet

That will be a nice upgrade.
 
Greetings Guy; Another method for keeping the valves up without the aid of an air compressor. With piston half way down stuff cotton rope into spark plug hole (leaving at least 6 inches sticking out), turn engine by hand compressing the rope into combustion chamber. I've done valve springs that way for years never fails & ya don't have to listen to a compressor compressing! Ole' Bob.
