Yea I eventually want to convert to serpentine but this will work for now so I can get my daily back

If your pulleys are a correct match, you need the correct length water pump to get it inline. Take the pulley off, and measure the depth from the timing cover to the hub, and figure out the difference where you need to be.

So glad I've decided to go with the serpentine swap for the 403 swap. Although the original 260 in the Salon has an all original V belt set up with no issues, when I look at all that bracketry and hardware , I know I won't miss it at all...

Yea I knew about the water pump change I was just focused on making sure I had a correct set of pullies first and then I’ll it squared away

Apparently the KE pulley I have and the KK pulley that fits my other pullies are the same diameter but the KE is deeper wonder if I could space it to fit since Oldsmobile’s seem to be unavailable in almost every scrap yard I know of

I spaced out a crank pulley, it worked fine.

Cool thanks

Well upon further research I’m glad I didn’t buy the KK pulley I’m not sure how I screwed it up but apparently the actual correct pulley to go with the KH power steering and KC crank is 399404 KF which is more findable but is still more than I was hoping to pay especially considering I probably need a different water pump too [emoji58] and the KE I have no matter what I do will not work with my KH so that’s great
