with serated bolts and nuts no lock washer is needed but the blue threadlocker is better than a lock washer

the bolts and nuts you have in the picture are metric, get SAE which are about 1/2 the price

When I redid my lowers I found the bolts & clips at the local mom & pop auto parts store. They where for '73-'77 A bodies (inch) but are same as the metric in fit & appearance. I do believe that OPGI has replacement sets but the wait time for them may not be helpful.
