Looks clean in the pictures. If it's really that clean in person I'd say it's a good deal.

Look the frame rails over good, especially from rear passenger area to bumper. Nice interior.

Doesnt start it and it has no fan shroud

Make sure it didnt overheat and they do overheat very easily

Check oil, if its new, why hes selling it, what is he hiding?

Check trans fluid, should be a 2004r and again no fan shroud...overheat

Vinyl top looks faded and dull in spots just push down on it and see if there is any give.

Different steering column....why?

And most important the passenger door squeaks!!!!!!

I say $3500 is way too high. Crappy wire wheel covers and vinyl top drop the value. I paid $3000 fifteen years ago for my 88 CSC, I would pay $1000 now for that same condition and no more. Mine had the nice 14" aluminum wheels and pillow top interior, otherwise the same, a fully loaded Brougham. If anything with new 300+ HP V6 base cars, let alone the new V8's, these cars actually worth less, not more. I like it for the Olds V8 but nearly everyone complained about how underpowered the swirl port 307 was back in the day. I would bet it also has 2.56 gears, mine did like the majority had, 3.08 was the only option, look on the trunk lid. Good luck.

I think 15 years ago is when they were at their cheapest now its been long enough the price is going back up
