All big box autoparts stores hire noobs to sell parts.....they cost less than smart ones with experience. Its the corp. mandate. Parts are cheap/ employees are cheap...profits are HIGH!!! Just take a look at their stock prices....AZ's is almost 400.00/share!

wow i know im not the best at working on cars but i know more than i did last year...so noobs and b**bs are the only ones that get hired there. i've applied 3 times there since 2008 and they told me i was over qualified to work there

If you act like you dont know much, and your willing to work for peanuts....they might reconsider...lol

I would go to O'Reilly's I always get great service there and they are very knowlegable. Is there any speed or race shops around you? If there is I would talk to them about it.
