If you run a 640 watt amp to those 6x9's they wont last a day or a the first good bass song and good bye. I know they say there rated for 80 each but from experience I can tell you they wont last under that kind of load. I havent done a system in a long time, But my first 78 malibu had 4 12's 2 behind the seat and 2 on top. 2 tweeters and you can hear that car coming a 1/2mile with only a 2 sherwood 240's. Now if you have the 8 6x9's and you want to use them ok i guess but if you going to buy them I tell you what. In my Accord I had 2 eclipse 6x9's and a 200 watt amp, a clarion head unit. Guys swore on there lives there were at least 2 tens if not more. If you didnt buy anything come up with a budget and do your home work, unless your talking an expensive speaker like eclipse or maybe pioneer I wouldnt be so quick to believe they can handle what they say.

It'll be plenty loud. A lot of cars only have 4 speakers, you'll have 8. It'll make a pretty big difference.

Nvm I see. 80rms per pair
I would have to change the amp. Those speakers aren't that loud I'm guessing.

I'm Not saying it won't be loud, I'm just saying if you load those speakers with there max advertised load they won't last very long. I don't know what kind of sound your looking for, just do your homework. It's not as simple as doing some math and ending up with a nice music system.

You're going to create cancellation, especially with speakers in the center console. There will be no real imaging. You'd be so much better with a good component set up front, and a pair of 6x9's in the back deck on a single 4 channel. Less wiring, less drivers to fail, etc. Etc.

I've got 400 watts going to a pair of tweeters, and a pair of 6.5 "component coaxials in custom made kickpanels, and it can keep up with the 2400 watts rms on the subs.
