Hey guys I'm back again! I'm still getting my project list in order and trying to see what gaits I should go
with. I was looking at Speedhut.com gauges because I a picture a while ago of somebodies Regal or Grand National
with some of their gauges installed and it looked damn good. Has anybody here work with those gauges before?
I like the fact that you d don't have hook the speedometer up to the transmission also.

That's pretty cool.

These are the gauges I was talking about

I gotta be honest I don't think they look that great. They just don't pop. It's like a regular gauge passed off as a GN by putting the Turbo symbol everywhere. I would look into the Dakota VHX setup. Just my .02

I'm thinking that might have been the whole point by the installer was to make them blend in like a factory gauge but with modern technology an aftermarket gauge provides such as having recalls and warning lights built in, especially since they put the turbo emblems on them.

I know im splitting hairs here but I think one Turbo symbol would cut it. Either on the speedo or the Tach.

These are the VHX's I was talking about.

I went to their site and I am really considering buying some of these now even though I don't need them they look like a nice upgrade and I like that I can design them to look like my current Autometers so they will blend right in without having to change them all at once, I think the GPS speedo is really cool and I would probably get that first.
I searched out reviews on different forums and it appears everyone that had bought these said they work great and they really like them.
Prices are comparable with what is out there.

I have the same thoughts, I just installed the sport comp II gauges and now I need to change out my VDO tach and stock speedo cause the autometer looks so nice at nite. I like the idea of GPS speed

Well I been checking out some videos on the testing and installation of the gauges and the more I check them out
The better I like them plus every body else is going with autometer so I want to be a little different and go with a
Set of gauges that has a stock look but has todays technology that are functional at the same time. Don't get me wrong
Autometer is functional and nice but like I said want to be different and go a different route.
