so i just got my speedway upper control arms
question is which way is front and back?
short or long to the front or vise versa?

Maybe these pics will help. I put a set 5 years ago and have been very happy with them. They will only go on one way and it will be obvious when you put the assembly together.

cant really tell which side is the longer or shorter
anyone else

You don't need a picture. . Look at the angle of the bracket welded to the frame. The side that is further from the wheel needs the longer side on the control arm.
