I'm only going for 50 footer and trust me that body work ain't perfect I have absolutely no intention of using a block I did it with a da and that's how I'll finish it
And I've seen the pig it looks good
I traded parts to get them but the price on them was $250 I just hope they don't need a ton of work. There mine now no turning back I pick them up tomorrow morning

I was just thinking. I still don't know if I have all the accessory brackets for this motor when it's done. It's got to be hydroboost power steering alternator and air conditioning because God I want air conditioning in that truck it would be cool to make the factory cruise control work to but I'm shore that's a pipe dream

I'm back! A qu bite to eat and and get some doors and the hood in primer. Lauren's having a small birthday party tonight and a sleepover with 3 friends so I need to do a quick clean up on the yard today. I think I'll just cut the lawn and call it done.
The grind is real! So when it came to primer things didn't go well. maybe it was the five-year-old 2K primer I was trying to use maybe it was the fact that panels we're over a hundred and fifty degrees in the sun. Maybe I suck at doing body work on a trailer under an oak tree lol I dusted the first coat on a small spot and it blew up with fish eyes.so I ran to the house and grabbed some wax and grease remover and wiped it all down twice. By that time I think the primer had been mixed to long sitting in the sun. On the hood all the edges were swelling like it was going to lift the compressor was blowing more water than my separator could handle and the wind picked up a couple times just to clean off the tree above me. I did manage to get 2 quarts of prime shot though.
Maybe some of my problem was the harbor freight gun. I'm not making excuses tho I'm calling it DONE!

I didn't prime the hole thing because A it didn't need it and B I couldn't get across it without dry spots it was so hot
So I used another ¢89 can of paint for guide coat and I'm off to clean my heads
I've decided I'm not going to paint them off like I did with the back doors because they won't come out nice in my wonderful controlled environment. I'm just going to edge these parts and put them on that way I can go back over them and prime them again later. Ok guys clock is ticking tick tock tick tock got to go get more done!

You know what's done? Me. I'm not cleaning the heads today or cutting the lawn. I'm tired and Lauren's friends are coming. I'm going in the shower and I'll get back at it tomorrow when TURNA gets here for his 307 junk in the morning at 6:00 this old dude is wore smooth!
