Looks really good, how bad is the header hitting? You can hammer it nearly flat and not loose power.

It's going to get red hot today and corrected with a port of power and an arsenal of hammers and dollies. I'm a bodyman I can bend some sh*t.

This is where I'm at. I got the tac working but not the oil pressure gauge. The passenger header is successfully modified the collectors are on with some mid pipe pieces it's got pipes to just passed the transfer case. I'll pick back up on exhaust tomorrow in the morning. It's got a hole new problem up top it seems I have the wrong alternator or at least wrong spacer behind the pulley. Before I go back tomorrow I'll gather up all my junk ones and bring them with me so I can come up with a fix for that. If I can cure those few things in a timely manner and finde no other problem I'll be driving my truck tomorrow.

Hopefully today goes smoothly and I drive it home tonight. Right now I've got to see Lauren off to another competition

It's got exhaust but I didn't weld it up. It's raining here and it doesn't fit in the welding shop at the front of the building so I didn't want to lay in a puddle to weld it. Also i don't have the correct alternator pulley spacer and the belt is walking off. I tried getting the junk alternator from the guy I got the brackets from but he wasn't at his shop when I went there so I'll try again tomorrow. I also asked at the auto parts store and when bought new it comes with a V-belt pulley and there's a note in the computer that for my application I must retain my stock pulley fan and spacer... I don't have them. I finished up the vacuum lines and it seems to run well. I guess I'll try again tomorrow. Last night Lauren won the state championship in marching band and tonight they won again in the rain. Lexie.... Lexie is off her meds again.
