I thought so about the 6.2 6.5 thing unless someone put a turbo on a 6.2? It doesn't matter I'm just planning on cleaning it making the back window close and driving it if it proves it's worth maybe il do something with it
Back in the day Banks made a relatively popular turbo kit, but, the name was featured pretty prominently under hood. Of course these days could be from anywhere.

Now the real question... do you have oil heat? If not, might be time to pick up someone's old cellar oil tank and pretend you do. Maybe even get some of that Venezuelan heating oil assistance from citgo. The burb would love it.

You forget I had a Duramax just got to put the pump back in the tank outside and I was thinking about the fact that I'm at the Jersey shore's surrounded by restaurants in the suburban well has a big cargo area. maybe a free vegetable oil conversion is in the future but let's see how it runs first.

I did forget that, and it's where all this started.

Maybe if you wind up a glutton for punishment redo your old small block and stuff that in there. Not a tow vehicle, but my L05 tbi v10 burb did fine and had plenty of on ramp power.

Folding down those middle seats and having basically a queen bed floor and a headrest to put a pillow against is nice in the rest area. Or when dating in retrospect.

I've heard of people slapping turbos on 6.2s. apparently they run better than the 6.5 turbo?
Supposedly the early 6.2 blocks are the strongest. The 6.2 was reliable but gutless. The 6.5 had issues with heat on the booster pump and electronics mounted on the motor.
