Steering column with wiper switch vs dash wiper switch

Just cut/grind off the mount for the column shifter then fill in the opening. The column will still have the back up & neutral safety switches function as the floor shifter will work the linkage.

Thanks to all - we are still up in the air about the exact direction to head (now). But he did find another guy selling a tilt unit for a reasonable price and he's going to pass on the non-tilt column..
