steering shaft

If it makes you feel any better, when I added this mod I had to make very little in terms of clearance to get it to get the shaft to fit on the steering column. I know some of the write ups make it seem like you gotta take a grind wheel or something to it but it very well could be within a very small degree of difference in diameter in the first place where that bolt has juuuust enough space to clear and connect to the other side of the clamp when installing. Dont take this as a certified answer, just an anecdotal guess based on my own experience. Id say tighten it til you cant no more and send it. Locktite is always a winner too as you mentioned.

Done all installed & test drove! So far so good!
