you were driving it with broken motor mounts?
that noise sounds like something is hitting something. put new mounts on and see if it goes away. if that dont solve it, your engine might stop doing the truffle shuffle for a while.

The driver's side header is jumping a fair bit, it could be hitting. How is the trans shifting? The 2004R usually let's you know if there are issues, you loose forward or reverse gears.

So while driving in OD. The trans shifts way to early. All shifting is done before 2k rpm. When I do the shifting, it shifts when I want it. I did put a 750 edelbrock carb. Had to take the old tv bracket off the old carb. I marked the spot where the cable meets the rubber pc on the bracket. And put everything on the new carb.

This oval looking piece where the tv cable sits in. Had to remove it off the old and put it on the new.

After looking at it, I couldn't see the mark. The t.v. cable pc must've moved. I just adjusted it to see the mark. Big difference than before. I was just cruising, driving like a normal person. Think these shift points are good? Feels good. Think around 3k rpm is when the power stays the same

Ya. Not sure why the needle likes to move.
Battery is at 12.73v with the car off
Battery is at 14.25v with the car on
Battery stays at 14.1v with lights/blinkers
Alt is at 14.26v at idle
Alt is 14.1v with lights/blinker on

seems normal to me. what's WOT upshift rpm? (wouldn't do that until motor mount change tho)

I want to say it shifts around 3k rpm when I have the pedal down. I'm gonna take the car to the mechanic down the street to identify the sound and set the tv cable...
