Also after speaking with wrongful termination lawyers they all basically said anyone can fire you for any or no reason. Extremely hard to win a case like that. I do feel for OP and others in these situations

Whatever happened was legal. He is not even trying to dispute that. His problem was the way it was carried out.he was only off a few weeks when they terminated him
