also is your rear stock width? i have so many people telling me i cannot run the 275/60/15s

Have these people owned G-Bodies and know how little it takes to fit a 275/60/15? IDK about the Regals, but you can fit one under the stock wheelwell of a Malibu. At the very most you'd probably need to roll the inside of the wheelwell lip.

My rear is definitely not stock width, as I am running a ford 9" with a ladder bar/coilover setup. However, I did run 275/60/r15 tires on my car when I had the stock rear in it with no problems aside for a little rubbing which was fixed by rolling the fender lips. I was running American Racing wheels 15"x8" but I don't remember what backspacing I ordered for the wheels (it's been a long time since i got them) but i think it was like 4" or 4.5" though I've heard 3.5 works for them too, I dunno man if I was pulling off my wheels I would measure it for you. 275/60r15 definitely fit, i've been running them for years. I also run 15X8.5 Centerlines with Hoosier Quick Time Pro's 28X11.5X15 with no issues.

Edit: on the American Racing website it looks like they have 3.75" backspacing.

is your rear standard width?
I have a 8.5 GN rear, and yes it's stock width. The rear frame rails were redone, professionally, but I think I'm losing 1/2" there. It still shouldn't be as tight as it is now.

Are you running a Victor Jr air gap? I have the same pro-flow drop base...

im also trying to figure out if i should paint my bumpers or leave them. the chrome is starting to get pretty rough. no rust but just peeling. def interested in the tucked look

Yah man, not finished with the tuck yet, still a work in progress. Ill get pics up when its finished. We're tucking it, moving it up a bit and in. It would be so much easier with a fiberglass bumper, vfn has them I was considering it but its a street car.

I had them on my 78 regal. They rubbed slightly on the frame rail. Mostly rubbed when going taking a turn from a stop or going up an incline driveway. I took them off because they weren't porportioned to the front so it really didnt ride the way I wanted it too.

thats the only place im worried about them rubbing is the frame, but some spacers will fix that problem. im having more trouble trying to figure out what size front tire to run. i have 15x7 corvette rally wheels with 4'' bs up there currently running 215/65/15 indy firehawks. after i lowered the front end 1" they rub the inner fender pretty bad back by the firewall. didnt know if i should trim it or run something like a 205/60/15. i have no clue. i dont want a super skinny up front, i still want it to look fairly aggressive.
