I've used weld pro stars 15's wheels, gta 16's wheels, torque thrust 2s in 17inch wheels with no rubbing or contact of the brakes with the wheels. Might try a different wheel or see if your brake parts are align and even not moving once the wheel get installed.

I had rubbing issues using the Blazers straight hose mount bracket and had to remove it due to hitting at close to full steering lock. Replacing it with the factory G body brake hose bracket cured the issue for me!

Today i sourced a set of blazer spindles that were already on a 87 monte carlo in the salvage yard along with the f-41 jounce bars and 1.250 solid sway bar.

Anyways, i took a stock 14'' wheel and tire off of a 78 malibu and a 86 buick regal. When I mated it to the hub by hand it lightly scrubbed on 2 points on the top edges of the caliper. When i fully torqued the lugnuts and seated the rim it wouldn't turn.

However I am fairly confident that with a die-grinder and cartridge roll to the caliper the 14'' stock wheels ''may'' fit without any issues. The caliper was rubbing inside the wheel at the location where the 2 pieces of wheel are ''seamed'' together. This test fit didn't include any brake line test fitting for interference,

You will need these 7mm spacers

You will have plenty of threads left on the wheel studs so you dont have to worry about that.
