Building my Elco wagon showed me alot of what it would involve. To me the toughest part would be gathering ALL the specific good parts.
True that! Up front they make almost everything aftermarket interior wise, but in the back, you kinda have to rely on good oem parts that aren't all deteriorated and dust IF you can find any :/ Would be nice to have a donor car for sure for the GN drivetrain. I know people don't like to spend a lot doing GN drivetrain conversions, but in the end, the ones who didn't purchase the more expensive donor car route, actually spend more in the end, finding, purchasing, locating parts, shipping expenses and the time factor too! If you build this project, id love to follow it!! 🙂

At almost 66 years old and being a smoker all my life ( since 10 years old ) God only knows how much time I have. I do a pulmonary function test and chest X-ray every year, good so far. A nice lottery score would help LOL

Glad to hear your test come back good! God bless you and your health!

How much and where are you located ?! 🙂

Dunno how much he wants for it, but heres the build thread from 231 to 350

Looks too nice to molest for parts tho... I mean, unless you gut the interior and do something else with the wagon's interior.. more modern/custom or something..

Great news and find. I have two 1979 century sport coupes and one 1979 century turbo coupe. The turbo coupe needs a lot of work. Always liked these cars.
