BUILD THREAD “The Juggernaut”

Donovan, your cutlass is looking like one badass ****!! Prep time pays off even though it sucks. Ive always wanted to put a 455 in my 87, but costing darn near 3x wht a sbc cost, i went that route and now the $$$ i have tied up in my efi motor i could never break even to drop a 455 in it. Love the exhaust exits on the quarters. Hoping to have mine in primer in the 1st coat of primer in a couple weeks as putting a new roof skin, quarters, rockers is taking some time to get it smooth. Keep up the gr8 work, love it!!!
Scott.

Donovan. . Love it. I really love the fender extentions . As stated by everyone the detail is amazing. You do great work. Best of luck ....Mike

I just wanted to take a minute and offer a sincere and heartfelt thank you to everyone that has responded and offered feedback to me on the car.

Your comments, feedback, and input mean a lot, and I'm truly humbled by your praise, compliments, and kind words.

As we all know, fellow car guys are some of the hardest to impress, so for you all to take the time and offer such nice comments says A LOT!

You guys are the best, I couldn't be happier with my decision to join the G body forum.

THANK YOU!

Donovan, thats what its all about! I was honestly never a huge fan of the 78-80 cutlass body style but yours changed my thinking. I love when people have critiqued my 87 cutlass over the years...some bad and some good, makes me strive harder to roll out a badass street stomper next year and people say "whoa" thats a cutlass lol! Its about putting that one off touch to your ride that sets it apart from the next...i feel i have done it with mine and you sure as hell have done it with yours! Keep it up man,
Scott.

Donovan,
Having members like you on this forum help make it what it is...great! You're a cool guy besides. You're unpretentious, your craftsmanship speaks for itself, and you're always more than willing to share your knowledge and expertise with the rest of us underachievers...lol!!

Scott and Jack
You both have just illustrated my point for me.
So many truly nice things to say, one couldn't ask for a finer group of guys to hang out with.
🙂
Oh, and Jack,
underachiever nothing! I've seen you in action, you go out of your way to help fellow members out. You'd give someone the shirt off your back if you thought it'd help them out. An example for us all to strive for.
Donovan

Like I told you when you texted me the pictures over the weekend, that thing is SICK! You've built one bad *ss ride my friend.
