I had that issue with my 80e after I put the big stall verter in it too. The sunnax valve does fix it. Trans work is witchcraft and voodoo but it wasn't really that bad.

I'm super excited to smell transmission guts again. lol ok maybe not but it's easy to get to from the underside so it should be ok.

I had my trans out already so I pulled the whole front pump out. Made it nice to swap the valve on the bench but would have been great to not fight that heavy pig back into the trans case!

Ya. I feel that. I've had this wh@re apart twice and in and out 3 times this year, then professionally rebuilt and back in. I'm hoping that I won't have to do it again after this. I'm starting to dislike it.

Not a lightweight unit either. The 2004R and TH350 are bad enough to bench press, let alone that heavy SOB.

Kinda a big and fun update.

First the fun part.

Picked up the second last package I need to fully turbify the Regal.

KBRACING manifold. His G-Body version. All measurements say this is gonna work awesome, cold side might be interesting but it's all good. Very nicely welded and made from Sch40 pipe, so tough as heck.

The big update is my house has a buyer and I have found a new place to hang my hat. Just waiting for the details to clear for it to be final.

Oh ya, 24x26 shop going in the back yard, and 22x24 on the front for parking. I'm stoked.

That’s one big *ss snail!!

Well, got after it tonight. Hot side is done and in. I wasnt happy with how low it was so I did a little more finesse work and tightened it up.

It is low, and it makes me nervous. considering my car is LOW. May have to measure when it's on the wheels and make some front end ride adjustments, might have to make some compromises.

I got the oil line run from the pressure sensor I used to replace the factory sensor. Slid it under the manifold all sneaky like. Wrapped the log and mounted it, not with the ARP bolts I have for it but they are ready.

Mocked up the ignition wires and tested the heat wraps. Still have a lot of wire relocation to do and put a drain in the front cover as my holley pan is USELESS despite having 2 drains built in. Way to close to the crossmember with the holley clam shells and Energy Suspension motor mount bushings. Lame.

Oh well. Looking better now.

Even cleaned up the truck heat shield for the drivers side and painted it up with header paint.

It'll be pretty on the inside....
