Passing people in single lanes and doing all sorts of maneuvers that wouldve been totally confusing to everybody else on the road.

I would love to follow the guy and kick the crap out of him but he lost the moral high ground when he was driving like an ahole and greatly increasing the risk of another accident with everybody else driving in pursuit after he flipped his own car.

It was clear who the better driver was, the BMW driver should have used the PIT maneuver.
It also helps if you don't keep yelling "stop her" to your passenger.

wonder how that insurance claim will go... "yes officer they hit me in the rear, ignore the rollover damage that was just me driving like a jackass but it was their fault I swear"

He must roll that BMW with his friend quite often cause he never asked his friend if he was ok after the roll over, he just takes off again

Wow, that was crazy. Hit and runs really suck. I don't know how I would handle that but I don't think I'd do that. I might follow them long enough to get a plate number and ID the vehicle and driver, but I'd stop after that. I totally understand following a hit and run suspect, but you can't incriminate yourself in the process.
