Hey guys, wondering if you could help me out in finding the bushings that go between the crossmember to the frame.

I have only been able to find the transmission mount whenever I search for the bushings. I suppose worst case scenario I could make my own mount bushings out of some metal and sway bar bushings, but I was hoping I could find a factory replacement somewhere out there.

Thanks for the links!

I was hoping to find something rubber but poly would be okay. I can't believe how much they want for these things. For $40 more I could buy a brand new crossmember!

Yeah, it does suck. But it is the bushing and the hardware. I went with rubber, but it was stiffer than stock. Grainger sell rubber sheets, but there are soooo many choices it is hard to figure it out. I had just had a few pieces laying around and made them myself.

Thanks for heads up on Grainger!

Seems like this would work pretty well: http://www.grainger.com/product/GRA...m/rp/s/is/image/Grainger/1XYC9_AS01?$smthumb$

I'll probably stop by after work one of these days and see what they have.
Ok would be the way to go. I used stuff that was firm, and had cord in it. Since the old stuff was so deteriorated, I just went a bit thicker to make sure the nutserts and bolts cinched it down right.

If you have a Grainger local and can lay eyes on it, that's awesome. Cheaper too.

That may be what you need too. I don't know the durometer of the poly, I kinda forget. But you will see since the old stuff is like mush.

Some models use rubber cross member mounts, other models just bolt the cross member directly to the frame.
