Mark had that engine in a 58 Chevy truck.
The D/DX based small block engine was in the bed of the truck and he used a TH425 Toro drivetrain.
It was bad *ss...

He has done a lot with E85 and turbo Olds with diesel small blocks.
I have one of his ground 425 cranks for my DX turbo build.

Wish he was still around RIP

Wow I heard he was battling cancer. RIP. The man was inspiring.

So much work to do on car and cannot get any engine work done at all, garage is a mess, its Cold as bricks out, and I have no time for the Olds 350. A sad fact for now. But once the garage gets cleaned, springs around the corner, and the Olds is back on the sreet then I can wrench on the 350. Well only time will tell.

I understand what you mean. I hated battling that cold when I was in NYC. I remember shoveling to change a starter. Brrrr!
