Any full manifold vacuum source either on manifold or carb base. It usually goes on the vacuum "tree" at the back of the carb, but not allways.

wheres the vaccum tree? on the carb, in the picture above the vaccum source there that' s hooked to the back of the carb on mine

You may not have one. Every division is a bit different. Pontiac was generous with vacuum fittings. I have a tree with 5 nipples at the back of my carb, plus 5 more on the front of the carb. Any full manifold vacuum source will do. At the end of your plastic vacuum line there should be a rubber fitting, yes? Then there should be an empty nipple somewhere on your manifold or carb that same size. If not, just "T" into a manifold vacuum line like the air cleaner, or transmission. It's a full manifold vacuum line if a vacuum gauge shows around 20" at idle.
