WAY, WAY OFF-TOPIC: Just had it out with Mother-In-Law

I’m not afraid to be blunt if I have to, but it’s not my default. My MIL’s default, on the other hand, is complaining, bitter b**ch, to be perfectly honest. Yes, she’s on meds, and my wife said, “she’s a lot better now than she used to be.” Lord help us all...😳

Here's how big of an ******* I am, I told an old lady to go **** herself while in church. I swear I'm not making this up.

This was two or three years ago, I went to mass with my niece and nephew who were maybe 3 and 5 at the time. Obviously church isn't fun when you're a kid so they were talking back and forth to each other and playing around, but they weren't bouncing off the walls nor did they get up out of the pew.

After mass this old woman comes up to me and says "You have the two most misbehaved children I've ever seen in my life." She was probably expecting me to apologize, instead I calmly but loudly said "Go **** yourself you old b*tch." Her jaw hit the floor. She started walking away and I made sure to yell "b*tch!" in her direction one more time just so everyone around me could hear it.

You remind me of my Cousins in Pittsburgh. Must be something in the water or is it just "A Burgh' Thing?"

I don't know, I think most Pittsburghers are generally easy to get along with.

But replying bluntly and crassly to snide and passive aggressive remarks always makes for a great reaction. I just can't stand that "holier than thou art" attitude.

Single/never married crowd... WHERE U AT?!?
lol

I know I’m not going to change her, and she’s probably not going to stop popping off and making rude comments. I just was sick and tired of just sitting there and taking it all of these years.

I’ll just put it this way. The conversation ended with her crying, and me with me head held high. I would have been on the road driving home afterward if I hadn’t left the car keys in the house. My father-in-law and my wife came out and said “she’s really upset.” I was kind of like, “So? Not my problem. I don’t have anything to apologize for.” I finally went back in, and she kept prodding and trying to provoke me. So I said, “Okay, you want to hear it? Back the f**k off, and don’t interfere in our marriage anymore.” Yeah, like that’s going to happen. But I got a lot of things off my chest, and she knows if she’s just going to come over and nit-pick our decisions and house, she’s going to be asked to leave.
The problem is that [ split tail ] has been allowed to act like that with her husband and now she thinks that she can talk to any man like that ! The next time you have to vent a little you should include the F I L also , tell him it,s time to grow a set and reel her in !
