i took apart a 79 cutlass supreme about a year ago and did not have that style bushing in that location. mine was the normal thru bolt type bushing. mine was a former diesel equipped car.

Its weird ive had so many gbodys and this is the only one I have ever seen that didn't have a pass through bolt in the #3 position. Ill have to grab some more pictures of the frame with this sitting it in however its no wonder I didn't have to take a single bolt out to take the body off the frame.... Then it kinda broke in half
