Boost, High Protein. Right now it is about all my stomach can tolerate. Major ab muscle distress is a chronic issue for me since most of the ab wall ended up having to be reconstructed after the OEM muscles failed. Just another thing to be careful of.

Haha, I don't know if you have ever actually seen a green and yellow car but they don't look good. Generally equipment colors don't look good on automotive stuff.
