I bought a few things today:

-2" drop spindles from some random company on Amazon
-Moog CC635 coil springs
-Moog 5660 coil springs
-Moog upper/lower balljoints
-ACDelco bumpstops (I looked at the Energy Suspension ones and went meh)
-ACDelco front coil isolators
-Pair of 3rd gen F-body rear coil isolators off eBay

I need shocks too but figured I'd throw it together and get the ride height sorted and then measure for them. The whole car needs a once over, so I'm sure I'll be doing another order shortly.
Oooh, I see a new front end about to go in.

Looking at it now I should have ordered all the steering too.
That's what I did. I replaced everything except the front springs. From the steering box out. I figured since it was apart. The steering column will be another project later.

I will probably use this on one of my Gbody's but I decided to buy a flux core welder that runs off 115 volt so I can weld stuff mainly at work, since my Lincoln gas welder is not portable.
I played with it on Friday a little to get used to it and went in Saturday morning to work to do a gate repair, I was really impressed how well this little welder worked and getting in tight spots. I had to lay on the ground and do a couple overhead welds and it worked well for that also.
It even handled welding a couple of short 5/8" rods to some 3/16" tubing for supports.
I bought this from Home Depot for $240 and got the 2 year extended warranty for an additional $35

Received a goodie box from RockAuto on Friday. All Moog except for the GM oxygen sensors. The steering parts were all Made in USA. 👍

The spring isolators were all Chinese coal tar, but the Olds won't care. Now I just need to find the Hotchkis tie rod end couplers I picked up on the Forum.

Well I got to look at my ElCamino with hope of working on it. Got almost all the parts collected to put in the gages. Just wish I could find a speedometer past 85mph. Have plans to hit a salvage yard the beginning of next month. They have an 87’ MCSS I’m preying still has the cluster.

Definitely going to be looking into this welder, I need one for when I start on the rusted panels, not a bad price either. . .
