Got pulled off the wiring job and had to make temporary facility connections for unit we needed to test. Fabbed up what is basically a sink, with a 1.5" drain pipe for the unit to empty into to, then outside.
Not really my work. I took in the beginning of a long term side job. Fort the front end of a 36 ford I’m going to be painting. Rougher than the owner thought, but as I expected. I am billing accordingly. The block doesn’t lie. The last pic is what the car should look like when It’s all done. And no, unfortunately that’s not my shop in the full car picture.

Nah. The weekend was quiet. A little bit of sun to remind people what it is supposed to look like and then back to the clouds. Got warm enough today that the crap on the road turned to water for a while. We are supposed to see some of that white snot tomorrow but hopefully it will be just another case of the dog with no legs; namely that it doesn't matter what you call it, it will never come.

Not so lucky here. Just had 8” Friday and now up to 10+ tonight and tomorrow and more Wednesday I think. I ain’t complaining, better then the west coast. Whining no water, then whining to much water.
I figure it’s like people that want a house as close to the ocean as possible. Then when the waves are coming through the front door, they complain about that too.
Agreed to paint these Porsche hubs as a favor to a guy I used to work with. They’re off of a Porsche dauer race car from the 80’s. I had to color match them to a photo the owner had. Spent a few hours Saturday working on the color until the owner was happy and about 30 minutes painting the parts. The best part was that Saturday night my son shattered his iPad so it cost me a nice chunk of what I got for wasting my Saturday doing a favor for a friend. Good times. 😂😂😂
