What did you do at work today?

Ran tests on my wafer drier. Down to a single drop on the top edge of the "boat" as it's called, that holds the wafer. I think I know why and have a little work to do Monday to hopefully resolve the issue. This was taken before the drying process obviously. 20210212_143630.jpg

I struggle badly doing articulate things in the cold no matter how badly I want to. The instant my hand comes out of the glove it simply stops working. Inside the glove it's pretty much worthless.
It was not bad as long as you stayed in the tent. That is a boulble barrel force air heater plumbed in there. It was the only way I said I would do it. Light snow and-17° windchills. I also worked on equipment in a chicken farm and a hog processing plant last week.

Ahh, I see it now. I installed a control valve under the overwing fairing in a B1 in similar weather with a hose that size blowing on me, but I had a roof too so to speak. By the time I was done I pulled my feet in, took a good 10 minutes before I got the feeling back in my feet and when I did it wasn't pleasant. That was my last day of fixing airplanes in the AF, what a fitting way to wash my hands of it.

Got called in for some OT for some freezing precipitation just to have everything start drying before we hit the road.
