For the second day in a row managed to tell my @ss clown of a boss to get fu©ked and not even wrote up for it... I figured today would have drove him to that point since our conversation gained traction faster than Tom Bailey at drag week and my comments flew out faster than the parachutes, in front of about 6 other members of the staff....

I try to not undermine his position in front of any other staff but he was being an extra large douche canoe in front of them so I fired back.

Maybe the new jobs I've been scouting will come through soon.

I never thought I'd say this but I kinda miss my old job. I was at the site for just shy of 33 years. My division head was a nasty hag but my coworker was easy to get along with and so were all the other guys that worked in my group. We were out on the 5K acre site every day dealing with different kinds of people. Union guys like us, techs, engineers, scientists, office workers. Met a lot of fine people in the time I was there. I left in '08 due to an injury but I was still considered an employee until I officially retired last January. Still stay in touch with a good amount of people. Some are lifelong friends. Most of us were close in age when we started so it was like we grew up there.
