'Safe spaces for all change' or 'boy, it's been too long since someone took you behind a woodshed change'?
World certainly needs a hole bunch of the latter.
Maybe it's "all new recruits shall stop cleaning the privy with their toothbrushes and shall now clean the undercarriage of the officer"s hellcat" sort of change. I guess that's also acceptable.
It's about creating the "inclusive environment" that doesn't discriminate against "anyone" unnecessarily. Maintaining balance and neutrality, and protecting the institution from subversion. Saying "no" for the right reasons is an important part of the conversation.
No one is touching my cars. LOL.
It's a great concept, but don't you dare actually try to say "no". You're marked for life.

Trying to be a graduate.....
American society of mechanical engineers said my paper I authored is good enough to be published so apparently my 10 page ramblings on putting together some hydraulic fittings and making some cool plots is important enough to be entered into the Library of Congress so there is that. Woop!
Now I need to finish my thesis to get the piece of paper saying I have become a master in engineering and go back to being a tax paying member of society 😆 .
Only 17,000 words and 113 pages in.....
