Submitted a 20 page grievance (103 pages with enclosures and references) late-Friday afternoon. Have a nice weekend, General.

Handed in my two weeks notice. Was tempted to walk out middle fingers a-blazing, but they'll make for a good reference and I want my PTO paid out. It was fun for a little while. Frustrating the rest of the time.

Can’t give a bad reference. It is not allowed or it goes against them 😏
I asked the lady who worked HR at one of the small shops I worked at about that, she said if a reference refused to comment on someone it was as good as a bad reference, and that person often wasn't hired.
Work was cancelled yesterday due to a cyber attack apparently, so nothing. Gotta wait to see if they cancel today to.
