Drove it for the first time,................." legally" with insurance and plates. took a long drive and picked up breakfast. Gotta love these cars. especially with a little power added.

Went to the track last night. Ran a 11.8 @ 114 WHOO HOOOOOO. On the plus side i didnt even brake"
I installed new fuel pump and sending unit in my tank. My old pump must have been going bad for awhile.
Due to the rain this morning I did not go out to the car show, so I pulled the gauge cluster from the 442, replaced all the bulbs, cleaned the lens, and fixed all the connections. I couldn't find the LED bubs in the local auto zone so I just put in regular bulbs - blue for the gauges, clear for the info lights. Even though the pictures aren't that great they look pretty good all lit up. Also fixed the erratic tach with a little soldering - it all works much better now. I put links to the tach fix on my build thread if anyone else is having the same issue with the tach giving incorrect readings or jumping around. It was a simple and cheap fix.

Took the doors off the Monte Carlo SS parts car and got the one on my car on the drivers side but cant seem to get it lines up, such a pain in the @ss. I never did one before and come to find out even though the doors were in immaculate shape, the window doesn't move when I move the switch. Tomorrow is another day
