What did you do to your shop today?

Got a big boy compressor.
230 volt, 11.5 cfm, 60 gallon. Will fit my needs just fine.

Also, got power to the garage. 60 amp service. Should be plenty.
60 will work, sort of. Simpler to go straight to 100 amp and then you have the current minimum standard for wiring. Saves time and cash outlay down the road. Not saying that 60 won't work but most new installs usually go right to the hundred from the get-go.

Looked real appetizing until my stomach caught sight of the red and green peppers in the mix, which brought the drool and ogle to a screeching halt. Peppers of any kind or color are best enemies avec mon estomac. Right now things are so bad that I may have to add french fries to the no-nosh list and I do purely love refried-refried-refried french fries, just drowning in white vinegar. (Nebba mind, it's a way northern thing and y'all apparently actually have to go the hardware store to get white vinegar cause only the border states have had any experience with vinegar on a french fry.) Maybe use tequila instead, to get that bite.

Huh! You must live in a state or region that has had people come in and look for the stuff although it is used in pickling veggies so there is that. As for french fries, no, not as a dip, more done like applying salt to them. There is a dedicated name for the bottle or table container; "Cruet" is the term. More common to call it a dispenser and they mostly look like the picture below.

I have also seen people repurpose the squeeze bottles that mustard comes in, or use an old glass and metal salt shaker; might have to increase the size of the holes in the top to get the liquid to pass through.

Method of application is about the same as putting salt on them; grab the dispenser and shake the stuff out onto the taters.

The main ingredient in vinegar is acetic acid and vinegar itself can be made from a whole lot of things

Types of vinegar

So if you want to try the stuff, as you say, head down to your local grocery, or maybe do a dinner run to a restaurant or kebab joint that uses the stuff and try it that way. Oh, and I said hardware stores because they sell it for use in etching metal and as a mild acid. Need to read the label for that.

ok, but again, how do you apply it? dip the fries in it? spray the fries with a spray bottle of vinegar?

my wife is Mexican and puts mayonnaise and chili powder on her corn-on-the-cob :puke: . but how do you do vinegar and fries?

Nick laid it out in his post. Still sounds weird. They lose all points garnered for putting gravy on their fries with this sin.
