hey, guys, just wondering what you guys think about my color choices, and which you guys would go with? maybe share some of your personal ideas, as long as it dosn't involve anything with loud lime green gold flaked paint or massive pin stripes... two tones are good though...
Choices of mine are: purple

Red

black

and of course, stock
THANKS!

2011 cts-v silver

she looks good the way she sits, i'll admit that... but the paint isn't as flawless as the picture lets on... 😢 poor girl... the sun really took it's toll

I like the black. Then get as much chrome as possible.

I've always liked the lighter blue they came with stock. Brown is always a good choice too

I can tell you right now a black paint job is a pain in the a**. What exactly do you want? Do you want to blend in with other cars on the road or do you want a paintjob that grabs other people's attention? IMO a light metallic silver, gun metal gray, or a midnight blue with no metallic. OR you can two tone with light silver and midnight blue. If your going to do a two tone, don't do two dark colors. You want one light and one dark. I tried a two tone on my malibu with gun metal gray on the bottom and inferno red on top with gun metal gray stripes and it looked like crap. Plus the clear coat faded over night so I had to redo the paintjob. So I went with a classic chevy paint job except with the brightest red i could find.

WOW... thanks for pointing that out & uploading the pictures... If I go with the purple, i don't really care so much if the black rockers blend in, besides that, i think i might have the rockers sprayed with Line-X for a corrossion protection. but any other color combo would not be as appealing.... why did you clear coat fade?? :|

Blowing colour into the door jambs, under hood, and in the trunk is a PIA. I vote for stock colour just becasue I am lazy and a colour change looks like crap unless you do it right.
