What headers will fit on my 1986 monte carlo. With a big block 427

I dont know much about the motor just tat its a 427 bbc came out of a 69 impalla and the mechanic told me i need a carb and headers
 
So i i should go with these then

Which 427 is it if you know? '69 B bodies had two with 10.25 compression, a 335 HP standard performance & a 390 HP high performance. Both are gross ratings. The standard would of had a Q-Jet, the hi po should of had a Holley. I'd bet on the 335 HP one is the one you have. Now with it being a DD you might want to even look into '68-'75 A body manifolds as a back up plan just to hit the road. With the carb look for something close to OE spec. Regardless of direction you go a stock 427 is going to give you more power than you would expect.

Before you do anything put a timing chain in it!!!!!

That thing looks bone stock untouched except for the distributor

Yep,it should have a bit more grunt than the 305 LOL
