Recently we purchased parts from Gbodyparts, seat covers were the wrong color,A-pillar trim was bent, screw holes enlarged,B-pillar trim was pitted and had a grind mark. The trim was supposed to have been refurbished/restored.We sent everything back to them and they acknowledged they have the items. They want to give us our money back for the items but not shipping charges.Gbodyparts should have never sent us the A - B pillar trim in the first place,it was unuseable for my restoration project. My shipping charges exceed 35.00 dollars.Seems to us they practice bad business practices.Evan the seat covers which came to us,they will not reinburse shipping. This will stop me from doing business in the furture with inter net companies

I forgot to mention -they are located in Bethel North Carolina,The owner will not speak to me,his name is Brian Weavy Gbodyparts.

Boo hoo.

Sorry, but I can't think of a single company that will reimburse shipping. It just doesn't happen.

At least He was good enough to take the stuff back and refund you... He could have told you to piss up a rope.

I've had great experiences with Gbodyparts/Brian in the past.

Summit will reimburse shipping, if they send you the wrong stuff or(i belive) if it's under warranty.

To the guy in Mn.Really? Huh,When $544.00 in charges are added to my credit card that i didn't put on there, i'm sure anyone would get pissed! When I'm told all my money would be refunded and I"m short $30.00 plus shipping then i've got a problem with that company.GET IT......so i'm out over $1100.00 as of today.

I should add,I hope we can work this out.If we do ,i'll be the first to let everyone know.Honesty is the best policy.

I'll disagree. If the seller made a mistake and shipped the wrong or a defective part, why should the buyer be responsible for shipping? Now, if the buyer ordered the wrong part, that's an entirely different story.

x2....one thing I do if buying online I use a prepaid credit card just above the purchase amount so no one can grab any money off if it....

Oh F@#$ that they sent the wrong parts ( or bad ones ) thats bad business. I know some places like to screw you for shipping but some are upstanding. I hope you get things worked out , but in the meantime I wont do business with them just to support you and I certainly dont want the wrong parts...
