What to look for when purchasing?

That one looks pretty clean and unmolested, the only thing I see missing is the strip on top of the back bumper, I am guessing 84' or 85'
Check for body work also since it appears to have been repainted.

Will do! It's an 84. I still have the body of mine (also a white 84) so I can swap over some pieces if I need them (at least the ones that aren't completely smashed!)

The hunt continues! The car was decent, but there were a lot of small issues that would need to be addressed for me to get it where I'd want it, and we just weren't going to meet on price. All good! I'll keep searching, and I'm sure the right one will come along at some point. Time to make more plans about how much power I want to throw at it...
